Naturopathy

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is based on the principle that the body has the ability to heal itself, with the body, mind, and emotions supported during the healing process. Naturopaths will also focus on disease prevention and the influence of the environment, lifestyle, and emotions on a patient’s holistic health. Naturopathy is suitable for people of all ages, and can alleviate a wide range of conditions. Using the whole-body treatment approach, Naturopathy addresses nutrition, supplements including herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle as a way of supporting the body’s needs, whilst treating underlying causes that may be affecting health and wellbeing.
