  • Change of Mind: Although we are not obligated to provide refunds for change of mind, we may offer an exchange at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return and refund requests.
  • Time Frame: Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at info@gutaid.com.au or call 0435 803 723 with your order details and the reason for return.
  2. Approval: If the return reason is valid, we will approve the return and provide instructions.
  3. Shipping the Product: Send the product back to the address provided. Ensure it is securely packed to prevent damage during shipping. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to confirm the return reason.
  5. Outcome Notification: We will inform you of the inspection outcome and process the refund or replacement.
  6. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Exclusions

  • Products not bought directly from our store.
  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Damages resulting from misuse or neglect.
